For this groundbreaking project, HLTH is asking organisations to submit stories detailing how they are contributing to closing the health gap, in areas including but not limited to chronic and autoimmune diseases, reproductive health, mental health research, menopause, and cardiovascular disease. Please provide a brief summary of up to three projects that would make sense to showcase in the series. A short paragraph for each is sufficient, plus any links to further information.
