We're looking for stories in line with three chapters:

1) Better for the Planet: exploring how hospitality can reduce its footprint and enable regeneration, from more sustainable sourcing and food waste innovation to more positive design and AI-enabled resource optimisation. Stories will examine how the sector can build a shared language of accountability across carbon, water, energy and biodiversity.

2) Better for the Community: spotlighting more inclusive employment pathways, mentorship programmes and leadership development initiatives creating more opportunities for women, disabled people and underrepresented groups. The chapter will also cover community enterprises, the protection of local identity under tourism pressure, and how hospitality can scale in ways that leave communities stronger and more economically resilient.

3) Better for the Guest: examining how hospitality can build trust and add value through more sustainable and socially responsible practices, from food experiences rooted in local sourcing and accessible design that expands who can travel, to educational touchpoints that invite guests to take better practices home. The defining question: can greater sustainability become synonymous with quality?
