As Interim CEO, Brands & Licensing at BBC Studios, Shelley Macintyre is responsible for building iconic brands from the world class BBC Studios’ IP, by meeting fans where they are, on their terms. Before joining BBC Studios, Shelley held senior leadership roles across both large corporates and high-growth scale-ups and was recently named as one of Marketing Week’s Top 100 Marketers of 2025. Shelley has spent around 18 years in senior positions at Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company, and Suntory Global Spirits, helping to shape some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands. Shelley has also partnered with founders to pioneer new markets and built commercial success: she led marketing and revenue growth at Sipsmith, leading its integration into the Suntory Global Spirits portfolio, and was General Manager at allplants.
